Football Betting Predictions – Weekend (14th Jan)

  1. Senegal VS Guinea (1) Friday

Both sides won their Group B opening games with 1:0 victories and they meet today as they try find out who tops the group. Senegal has a better pedigree and quality players and I see them edging Guinea with a 1:0 or 2:0 win.

  1. Malawi Vs Zimbabwe (U2.5) Friday

Both sides lost their opening games and do have less quality offensively. I do not see them creating so many direct chances. Not more than 2 goals in this fixture.

  1. Morocco Vs Comoros (HC 1) Friday

A sure win for Morocco today as they try to cement Group C table leadership. Basing on the form of Morocco and the inexperience Comoros have, I do see Morocco winning with a margin of at least 2 goals.

  1. Gabon Vs Ghana (2) Friday

After losing the opening game to Morocco, Ghana will be doing everything possible to defeat Gabon if at all they are to have any qualification chances. Ghana have won ¾ of the last H2H meetings.

  1. Brighton Vs Crystal Palace (1X) Friday

Brighton 9th placed have not won against Crystal Palace in their last 5 games but being home tonight and basing on their current home form, I don’t see them losing 11th placed Crystal Palace. The worst the home side will attain is a draw today

  1. Dortmund Vs Freiburg (O2.5) Friday

2nd placed Dortmund host 4th Freiburg at Signal Iduna Park as two inform sides meet. Both sides can score goals for fun and have a bunch of quality forwards and play makers. 4/5 last H2H saw O2.5

  1. Nigeria Vs Sudan (1) Saturday

Nigeria won their opener against 7 time AFCON winners Egypt and a win today will confirm their qualification to the round of 16. Better football, better quality and pedigree favors Nigeria. Sudan wont survive.

  1. Guinea-Bissau Vs Egypt (U2.5)

Egypt lost their opener to Nigeria and look forward to bouncing back tonight. Basing on their poor display against Nigeria, I don’t see them scoring more than a goal same applying to Guinea-Bissau who also made a goalless draw in their opener against Sudan

  1. Manchester City Vs Chelsea (Yes)

Table leaders Man City host 2nd placed Chelsea as the race for this season’s triumph continues. Given the home side form, I see them scoring a goal and Chelsea can also score any day given they get chances. Chelsea really has the offensive quality to also score. Both teams will surely score

  1. Tottenham Vs Arsenal (O2.5) Sunday

It is the London derby today as 2 sides well known for playing offensive football meet. Arsenal currently 4th is away at 6th placed Tottenham at Tottenham Hotspur stadium. 3/5 of the last H2H meetings in all competitions have seen O2.5

~GOOD LUCK~
